In 2025 she submitted a preliminary application to the Board for Certification of Genealogists and is adding to her genealogical education with increased drive and determination.

“I am honoured to be selected as the recipient of the Margaret Kay Memorial Bursary, which will be used for my current enrollment in the Advanced Skills in Genealogy certificate program through the National Genealogical Society in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. Thank you!”
